Terms of Service

Welcome to Followers (the "App"), provided by the operator of Followers ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, website, content, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Basic Terms

By using the Services, you agree that:

1. You are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country.
2. You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. You will not access or use the Services through bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, or other automated methods.
4. You will not use unauthorized third-party clients, automation tools, or scripts with the Services.
5. You will not interfere with, overload, disrupt, or damage the Services or related systems.
6. You will not attempt to access another user's account, credentials, or private data without permission.
7. You will not request, collect, or share passwords or login credentials from other users.
8. You will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or related infrastructure.
9. You will not transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful software.
10. You acknowledge that the App may use third-party SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, and advertising as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. You acknowledge that information may be handled and shared as described in the Privacy Policy, including with service providers, where required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

Service Conditions

We reserve the right to:

1. Modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time.
2. Restrict, suspend, or terminate access for any user at our discretion, including for misuse or violations of these Terms.
3. Change features, functionality, pricing, availability, or technical requirements.
4. Request information reasonably necessary to verify compliance with these Terms or applicable laws.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of Followers on a compatible device for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

1. Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works from the App or its materials.
2. Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
4. Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
5. Redistribute, resell, mirror, or host the App on any platform or server.

This license ends automatically if you violate these Terms. When it ends, you must stop using the App.

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

Subscriptions

Some features of Followers may require a paid subscription. Subscription plans may be weekly, monthly, yearly, or otherwise offered in the App.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by applicable law or platform policy.

Refund requests, when available, are handled by the platform through which the purchase was made, such as the Apple App Store.

We may update subscription pricing, included features, or availability in accordance with platform rules and applicable law.

Accuracy of Information

The Services provide analytics and informational insights based on available account and engagement data. Results may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by changes made by Instagram, device conditions, network availability, or account limitations.

We do not guarantee that all analytics, reports, lists, or content will be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• The actions, content, or services of third parties
• Errors, interruptions, delays, security issues, or service failures

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of law or third-party rights

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and reliability.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free from bugs, errors, or harmful components.

Followers provides analytical and informational tools only. We do not guarantee the completeness, timing, or accuracy of follower analytics or engagement results.

Third-Party Disclaimer

Followers is an independent application and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Any use of Instagram names or marks is for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are made, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

Other Terms

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and replace any prior understandings related to the Services.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Services may include links to websites, platforms, or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, security, or practices. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the Services, but we do not guarantee that they will be secure or free from vulnerabilities. You are responsible for protecting your device, account access, and data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the App, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
